How do I pay with the cryptocurrency payment option during the payment/booking process?
First you’ve selected your selected hotel or flight, you'll enter the necessary personal information (e.g. guest details for hotel check-in or passport information for flights).
After this step, you’ll have 50+ payment options to choose from.
You’ll then see the provided QR code and wallet address. Either scan the QR code with your wallet of choice or manually enter the wallet address and the cryptocurrency amount displayed in your wallet  
Then, complete the transaction using your wallet.

How many payment options does Globetotravel.com currently accept?
We accept 50+ traditional and cryptocurrency payment methods, including credit/debit card, Binance Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more.  You can see the full list from here:

BOOKINGS

When will you receive hotel confirmation email?
You will receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours of placing your reservation. We also recommend to check your junk mail or spam folder too.

What is the maximum number of rooms that you can book per booking?
You can book up to four rooms per booking. For group bookings that exceed four rooms, please contact our Customer Support Team.

What should you do if can't find your hotel confirmation email?
If your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes of your reservation.
If you have not received your hotel booking in this time, please check your email junk/spam folder.
You can always view your booking status using login our website or by signing into your Globetotravel.com account and selecting Bookings from the account menu.
If after the 60 minutes you still have not received your hotel itinerary, please contact the Customer Support Team.

Why isn't there any hotel availability?
If our website displays no availability, that unfortunately means that we have no available rooms at your preferred dates. Please try changing your search criteria with new dates.

Why did your hotel booking expire?
Due to fluctuating travel product prices and exchange rates, we limit the reservation window to 10-15 minutes.
Your booking looking that expired because we did not detect that a payment had been sent in the allowed countdown time.

If you believe you’ve sent a payment but haven’t received a confirmation email, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAY.

If you haven't receive an email after 60 minutes, please contact our Customer Support team.

What should you do if your hotel booking expires or fails after payment is made?
Please contact our Customer Support team via ticket or email [email protected] and the team will find you another alternative for your booking. If there are no suitable alternative options available, we will refund the amount you paid.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Can I cancel your hotel booking?
Cancellations are determined by the refund policy of each hotel and/or terms and conditions of the hotels.. If your booking is eligible for a refund a cancellation fee may apply.

What is the difference between non-refundable and free cancellation for a hotel booking?
The cancellation policy of the hotel determines if a booking is eligible for a refund or not.

Non-refundable booking
The hotel does not permit refunds. If you fail to arrive at the hotel or if you cancel the booking, no refund will be given. This information is stated in the accommodation booking cancellation policy and the booking confirmation email.

Free cancellation booking
The hotel will permit you to cancel your booking free of charge within a specified period. This information is stated in the booking cancellation policy and the booking confirmation email.
Example of a cancellation policy,  "Free cancellation before DD/MM/YYYY. Cancellations made after DD/MM/YYYY will be charged XXX of the booking.”

If you cancel hotel booking, will you pay a fee?
•    If you have a free cancellation booking and you cancel it before the cancellation deadline, you will not pay any cancellation fee. Please note that if you cancel a refundable booking after the cancellation date, you still be charged a cancellation fee.
•    If you have a non-refundable booking, you must pay a cancellation fee that is determined by the supplier/hotel according to their cancellation policy terms and conditions applicable to the reservation.
